One of the finest construction projects in the capital has been realised in an incomparable location right next to the Directorship of the State Opera and the Crown Prince Palace. Six first-class architects designed eleven individual houses in their different design languages, as one connected ensemble of buildings through which the Falkoniergasse runs once more – just as it once used to do.

It is characterised by clear-cut, modern shapes, which are given a soft elegance by the rounded balconies on the corners of the building. The facades are designed in light-coloured natural stone and plaster, as well as mouldings and cornices. Wide glass fronts provide an attractive transparency and openness.
